Sherry Aleen (Behrman) Howell

Sherry Behrman Howell, age 47, peacefully passed away on May 26, 2022 in Columbia Missouri.  Sherry was born on March 17, 1975, in Creve Coure, Missouri to Ronald William and Judith Ann Behrman.

Sherry worked as an early childhood educator, with a career spanning 25 years.  Sherry was a rarity in today’s fast paced world and gave her love selflessly to those around her.  All who were blessed to know her, loved her, and her gentle spirit.  The children she taught and cared for throughout her career benefited from her kindness and tireless dedication to their welfare.  Her doors were always open to all of God’s creatures, as she had a special love for animals, including the abandoned, and those in need of a home.

Sherry leaves behind her loving husband (Christopher Joel Howell), her parents (Ron and Judy Behrman), her loving sister (Krissy Behrman), her mother-in-law (Pamela Grier Howell, and the late Edward Howell), her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close acquaintances, and best friends Christopher and Susie Davis, and her special nieces, Morgan, Anna, and Abby Davis.

A celebration of life service will be held on June 11, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel, 1610 N Garth Ave, Columbia, Missouri 65202.  Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time for the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made in Sherry’s name to the Central Missouri Humane Society located at 616 Big Bear Blvd, Columbia, MO. 65202.
